    An Iranian Qiam class missile remnant on display at Joint Base Anacostia-Boling in Washington, D.C. Dec. 14, 2017 provides evidence of Iranian weapons proliferation in violation of United Nations resolutions 2216 and 2231. Patterned, machine-made welding marks, bottom left in blue, provide contrast to splotchy, field welding marks and provide proof of a missile’s disassembly and hasty reassembly for the purpose of hidden transport before it was fired into Saudi Arabia by Yemen’s Houthi rebels in 2017.
