Indiana Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Wendell McCollough, a contamination zone non-commissioned officer in charge from Terre Haute, Ind., talks to a fellow Soldier at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center near Butler, Ind., Saturday, May 14, 2011. The soldiers are with the 438th Chemical Company and also work with the Indiana National Guard's emergency response unit which is scheduled to seek it's validation in August. "It's new that's for sure," said McCollough regarding the emergency response unit, which is an amalgamation of Army and Air Guard troops. "It's definitely challinging working with multiple agencies, but the Soldiers are looking forward to it because it is a new challenge."
