    An Iranian Qiam-class missile remnant on display at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., Dec. 12, 2017, provides evidence of Iranian weapons proliferation in violation of United Nations resolutions 2216 and 2231. Patterned, machine-made welding marks, bottom left in blue, provide contrast to splotchy field-welding marks and provide proof of a missile’s disassembly and hasty reassembly for hidden transport before it was fired into Saudi Arabia by Yemen’s Houthi rebels in 2017.
