U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Taylor Moody, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, places a cinder block as part of the construction of a restroom and shower facility at Polaris Point, Guam December 13, 2017. NMCB-133 is forward deployed, ready to support Major Combat Operations, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations.
