(Dec. 10, 2017) Lt.j.g Matthew Elliott, a Hamilton, N.J. native, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) returns to Naval Station Everett, after a six-month deployment with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group, Dec. 10, 2017. The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group was on a regularly scheduled deployment to the Western Pacific.
