    Sgt. 1st Class Raphael B. Bonair, Executive Aide, U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) sets up and prepares the teaching kitchen in the Vogel Resiliency Center. The Vogel Resiliency Center is a project that’s going to bring together eight entities of resiliency services into one location. This facility is unique to fort Sam Houston and unique in the Army. The grand opening of the Vogel Resiliency Center is scheduled for January 5, 2018 at 2p.m., building 367 located at the corner of Stanley and Reynolds. It will be the first military event to kick off the City of San Antonio 300th Anniversary.
