Twenty-three participants from countries around the Pacific are attending the Health and Humanitarian Action in Emergencies (HHAE) course at James Cook University in Cairns, Australia, Nov. 27 – Dec. 8. CFE-DM and James Cook University’s College of Public Health, Medical and Veterinary Sciences jointly developed the course to train professionals on principles and practices of humanitarian relief.
