Colonel Thomas Vogel, deputy commanding officer of 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), gives the outgoing 10th Group command sergeant major, Tomas Sandoval, a relief of orders during a change of responsibility ceremony Dec. 8th, 2017 at Fort Carson, Colorado. During the ceremony, Sandoval thanked the Soldiers and leaders of 10th Group for the opportunity to serve in the unit.
