Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are working at what appears to be a baseball stadium being used as a disaster relief or emergency operations staging area. Several service members are working around a large silver trailer, with one person standing on a ladder accessing the top of the vehicle. The stadium's seating area is visible in the background, and large quantities of bottled water are stacked near the outfield wall.
