(Dec. 5, 2017) Master Chief Machinist’s Mate William Catron, chief of the boat for the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Dallas (SSN 700), receives the decommissioning reports from department heads during the boat’s inactivation ceremony at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor.
