    Col. Stephen Clark, 27th Special Operations Wing commander, along with members of the 27th SOW, salute the rising flag outside the wing building, Cannon AFB, March 30. The Commander and many others attended flag detail in honor of the veterans that were withdrawn from Vietnam on March 30, 1973.
