Members of the West Virginia Swift Water Rescue Team, comprised of more than 50 Army and Air National Guard members and volunteer firefighters from Clendenin and Glasgow fire departments, conducted swift water rescue training Dec. 2, 2017 in Dunbar, W.Va.
