Knudsen, far right, a cannon crewmember from Jacksonville, Fla., assigned to B Battery, 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, Task Force Steel, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, helps line up a M119 Howitzer with it's target at Combat Outpost Monti in eastern Afghanistan's Kunar province, May 5. Knudsen and his fellow troops have been at COP Monti for less than a month.
