CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait (Nov. 26, 2017) – Staff Sgt. Ronald Hurtado, civil affairs NCO for the 135th ESC, empties his 9mm magazine into the silhouette targets during the final event for the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge. The pistol range tested participant’s marksmanship abilities. The GAFPB was hosted by the 1st Theater Sustainment Command – OCP.
