Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element partnered with the University of Indiana U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Course to host Soto Cano Air Base's first Norwegian Foot March. The event consisted of an 18.6 mile foot march while carrying a 25 pound ruck sack with varying time limits that have to be met to earn the Norwegian Foot March pin that is authorized for wear on U.S. military uniforms. A total of 65 participants from JTF-B and Soto Cano Air Base accepted the challenge on November 4, 2017 with 54 finishers and 31 within time standards for award of the Norwegian Ruck March Badge.
