CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (Nov. 24, 2017) - Staff Sgt. Ronald Hurtado, civil affairs NCOIC with the 135th ESC, mentally prepares himself for the flexed arm hang. The hang was a part of the second event for the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge. Participants had to complete a shuttle run, 1000 meter dash and a flexed arm hang back to back in order to continue to the next event.
