Two military personnel are engaged in a hands-on training or equipment demonstration in a desert environment. A U.S. Army soldier in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) is assisting a Kuwaiti military servicemember with what appears to be equipment handling or a tactical procedure. The setting and uniforms suggest a joint military training exercise.
