Military personnel are attaching a sling-load cargo bundle to a hovering medevac helicopter, identifiable by the red cross markings on its fuselage. The low-angle shot captures ground crew working beneath the aircraft on a paved surface, connecting rigging to a palletized load of large barrels or drums. The helicopter's rotor blades are visibly blurred due to rotation, indicating the aircraft is under power.
