Members of the Maine Army National Guard worked with Lydia Petrone Kolar, the emergency managing director of Herceg-Novi, as well as fire fighters from Tivat, Kotor and Herceg-Novi, as well as many other first responders and relief agencies as part of a civil-military emergency response exercise in Danilovgrad. The participants there worked with the incident commander located in Podgorica to take their command from the Ministry of the Interior throughout the exercise.
