CHINHAE, Korea (Nov. 15, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, work together to construct a holiday backdrop for Moral Welfare and Recreation (MWR). The large backdrop is going to be constructed entirely of used pallets donated by Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) commissary. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR), ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
