Col. Eric S. Strong, commander of 1st Brigade Combat Team, and Command Sgt. Maj. Eugene Russell, the Brigade’s senior enlisted leader, salute the flag as it is hoisted up the 180 ft. pole during the North East El Paso Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony, Nov 11. The Ready First Brigade led the parade and aided in hoisting the largest flag flown in the El Paso area.
