An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station/Sector Field Office Port Angeles and a Tulalip Fire Department boat crew transport wind surfers who had gone missing off Kayak Point, north of Everett, Wash., Nov. 19, 2017.

The helicopter crew hoisted the first wind surfer from the water and then helped the the second wind surfer, who the fire department boat crew pulled from the water.
