    KOVIN, Serbia -- Sgt. Brandon Fehd of Able Co. 2nd Bn. 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade earns his Serbian Parachutist wings during Exercise Double Eagle 17. Exercise Double Eagle is a multi-national company-level airborne insertion exercise intending to enhance the relationship between the U.S. and Serbia, and strengthen regional security.
