Salvage crews remove the mast from the sailboat Sea 130, prior to the hurricane-displaced vessel’s removal from Flamingo Bay, Water Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Nov. 17, 2017.

The sailboat was salvaged under a special consideration for federal assistance, which provided no charge assistance to vessel owners who need assistance in reclaiming their vessels, which were displaced by recent hurricane impacts.
