Two soldiers in US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) digital camouflage pattern are engaged in what appears to be a combat lifesaver or tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) training exercise. One soldier is seated on the ground wearing a face shield/protective mask and holding a red-marked training aid, while a second soldier kneels behind them providing simulated medical assistance. The outdoor setting with trees and grass in the background suggests a field training environment.
