BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - Maj. Gen. Leopoldo Quintas, Jr.,, 3rd Infantry Division Commanding General, speaks at an organizational day to close out Marne Week at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Nov. 16. Quintas thanked all the Soldiers and units that participated, and handed out awards to several winners. Marne Week is a celebration for Soldiers to compete in team sports and recreational group activities while honoring the division's service to the nation.
