Tanner Schleif, amphibious assault vehicle crewman assigned to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s (MEU) Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, applies a tourniquet to a simulated casualty during stress-shoot training aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) Nov. 14, 2017. Stress shoots are held to practice weapon proficiency while enduring realistic elements during practical applications.
