During the promotion ceremony for 1st. Lt. John Doehler, his wife received the honor of pinning the rank of Capt. on his chest in Warwick, R.I., April 14. Doehler is a member of Bravo Company of the 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion. The promotion event followed a deployment ceremony for Bravo Company.
