PONCE, Puerto Rico – The Military Sealift Command’s USNS Brittin docked at Rafael Cordero Santiago Port as viewed by helicopter during a congressional delegation aerial tour Nov. 6 of Hurricane Maria affected areas led by Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), chairman of the Senate Committee of Energy and Natural Resources. The Brittin arrived in Puerto Rico on Nov. 3 carrying the largest FEMA shipment to date of relief effort supplies including equipment specifically to aid in power restoration and repair.
