Command Sgt. Maj. Paul E. Biggs, command sergeant major, Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington, congratulates Soldiers during the Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB) award ceremony Nov. 3, 2017, at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. More than 200 Soldiers attempted to earn the badge at the event hosted by 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard).
