    Spc. Whitney Brag, 231st Brigade Support Battalion, tracks vehicles using the Mobile Tracking System from the tactical operations center in the Valley City Armory, April 18. The MTS is capable of acting as a navigation system and can use maps to mark roads that have been blocked off and communicate that with other vehicles.
