A longshoreman directs a truck onto the USNS Brittin (T-AKR-305) Oct. 29, 2017, at Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station, S.C. As the recovery efforts continue, the deliveries will begin to shift from essentials to the equipment and supplies required to rebuild the damaged infrastructure.
