    Marine Corps Recruiting Command           

    Staff Sgt. Kymar A. Mitchell, a drill instructor from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., gives some incentive training to poolees from Recruiting Station Baltimore during the RS’s annual field meet April 9. Drill instructors were brought in for the annual meet to help acclimate poolees to the stress of recruit training.
