    ARECIBO, Puerto Rico - Andrea Booher, a photographer for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, and Sgt. David Wilkinson, a videographer with the 65th Press Camp Headquarters, conduct an interview with Angel de la Rosa, a task force lead for survivor assistance on October 28, 2017.
