John Lakness, a civilian with the 335th fusion cell and a Carlisle, Mass., native, finishes the Boston to Bagram Air Field Marathon, a shadow of the Boston Marathon, in 2 hours, 49 minutes, 15 seconds, which was the best time ran by service members and civilians stationed on Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, April 16.
