The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District's Mobile Communications Vehicle, pictured here in Puerto Rico September 26, 2017, provides a full spectrum of communications including radio, satellite and cellular capabilities that can deliver both voice and data communications, was deployed to Puerto Rico to help jumpstart effort there in late September and remains there today.
