Sgt. Joshua Marks from Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team “Ready First,” 1st Armored Division uses the modified kneeling position while firing his M4 Rifle through one of the cutout slots on his firing position. The “Ready First” shooting team is comprised of Ssldiers from the 1st BDE, 1st AD and is the only U.S. Army Team participating in the Australian Army Skills at Arms Meeting shooting competition.
