Two local Iraqi doctors, along with Capt. Henry Shih, brigade surgeon for 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, watch a lecture, March 18, presented by another Iraqi doctor about his recent trip to Jordon for a conference on polio in the Middle East. Shih was invited to the conference for the first time to partake in the local meeting between doctors from Diyala province in Iraq.
