Baltimore, native, Army Sgt. Joe Tolliver, a broadcast specialist with Fort Bragg's 49th Public Affairs Detachment Airborne, and Amarillo, Texas native, Army Sgt. Pedro Garcia Bibian, a combat cameraman with U.S. Army Pacific set up a field shower tent as a Japanese Ground Self Defense Force member lifts the tents frame near Dogenin Temple, April 7. Service members have been setting up shower stations across north eastern Japan, so the displaced Japanese may shower. Some citizens have not showered since the tsunami on March 11.
