An airman with the 85th Engineering and Installation Squadron, 38th Cyberspace Engineering Installation Group, 688th Cyberspace Wing from Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi hooks up a safety line on a radio tower October 20, 2017 at Cerro de Punta mountain near Ponce, Puerto Rico. The 85th EIS are working to reestablish and improve radio communications for local emergency personnel and first responders across the island.
