During Maj. Gen. Joseph Fil Jr.?s visit to a checkpoint south of Baghdad, a small arms attack wounded an Iraqi Army solider who was immediately evacuated by helicopter for medical treatment March 19 south of Baghdad. The joint effort and speed at which the Iraqi soldier was taken to a Baghdad hospital was praised by the commanding general of Multi-National Division ?
