Miguel Castellanos, the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Deputy Commanding General in Somalia, and Emily Gish, regional advisor for USAID's Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance, inspect pallets of medical and humanitarian supplies before they are offloaded from a U.S. C-130J Super Hercules aircraft at the Mogadishu International Airport Oct. 17, 2017. The aid was delivered on a CJTF-HOA mission to the Somali people following a devastating terrorist attack that killed and injured hundreds in Mogadishu on Oct. 14.
