The image shows three divers in the open ocean, wearing wetsuits and snorkels with red-tipped mouthpieces, swimming near what appears to be a partially submerged or capsized vessel with a blue-painted hull. A large gray naval warship, consistent with a U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, is visible in the background at a distance. The scene suggests a maritime rescue, inspection, or recovery operation conducted in coordination with the naval vessel.
