Community members chip in to help a member of the Coast Guard Investigative Services offload water and pass it out to residents of Canovanas, Puerto Rico, Oct. 17, 2017. This specific group comprised of Coast Guard, FEMA, U.S. Army and Puerto Rico “Hacienda” have been delivering water and meals to areas in need for more than 20 days as part of ongoing Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
