    Camp Buehring, Kuwait – 215th Engineer Company Commander Capt. Luis Camacho Santiago and First Sgt. Jose Reyes case their company colors at a transfer of authority ceremony held at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Oct. 16, 2017. Soldiers of the 215th En. Co. (Vertical), Puerto Rico National Guard, are departing theater a week early in order to allow Soldiers to return home to their families, many of whom are still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
