Puerto Rico Air National Guard Master Sgt. Eric Circuns, a loadmaster with the 198th Airlift Squadron, sits in a truck with a picture drawn by Iris, a young girl whose drawing ended up in a care package sent to Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria. Circuns said the drawing, from a young girl he's never met, helps lift his spirits every day as he works with the Air National Guard during the hurricane relief effort.
