Staff Sgt. Jacob Fortier, 447th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, organizes goody bags in preparation of the Operation Good Neighbor program April 1. The Operation Good Neighbor program provides humanitarian gift bags to Iraqi families living on Victory Base Complex. Airmen volunteering for the program have handed out more than 140 gift bags to an estimated 60 Iraqi families during the past month. Fortier is deployed from F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., and is a native of Pelham, N.H.
