Multiple military jet fighters, appearing to be F-15 Eagles, are taxiing along a flight line at a military air base. Ground crew personnel are visible on the right side, with one individual raising their arms, possibly signaling or welcoming the aircraft. An American flag and what appear to be unit guidon flags are visible near the ground crew.
