Staff Sgt. Michelle Sapp, of the 355th Dental Squadron, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tuscon, Ariz., conducts a dental extraction on a local Salvadoran citizen during Beyond the Horizon 2011, a 4-month-long, joint-effort training exercise designed to aid the people here. The dental portion of the training exercise will last two weeks with the hopes of treating more than 2,500 Salvadoran citizens.
