Army Air Corps Staff Sgt. Leslie Edwards, a Tuskegee Airman of the 617th Bombardment Squadron, tours the 302d Fighter Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 14, 2017. The 617th Bombardment Squadron was one of four Tuskegee Airmen bomber squadrons during World War II that made up the 477th Bombardment Group.
